OUR FEES

In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of the law on digital trust, as well as the decree of January 10, 2017 relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction, we present to you our agency fees for any transaction carried out:

SALE APARTMENT, VILLA, BUILDING, LAND
Net sales price Fees including VAT (20% VAT)
< €100,000 8% incl. tax
Between €100,000 and €299,999 7% incl. tax
> €300,000 6% incl. tax

These fees are the responsibility of the seller or buyer, as indicated on the signed sales or research mandate.
In the event of an inter-firm, our fees will not exceed the values ​​expressed in this scale as well as the value indicated on the sales and/or research mandate granted by the principal.
In the event of delegation of mandate, the fees of the mandate holder apply
